Girl Plus Size Clothing - It’s Happening
It used to be that it was very hard to get any real choice when buying girl plus size clothing, but these days things are a little easier. There are some great retail stores now, which have all of the latest styles so you never need to feel left out of the fashions. Also most of the major retail stores these days stock a much wider range of sizes than they used to. They have started to realize that the plus size market is the place to be and it is in their best interests to sell to as wide a market as possible.
There are some really good fashions out at the moment for girl plus size clothing by some great specialist designers. Specialist full size designers usually have a better idea of what is required to get the best for the larger frame. But that said, a lot of the major fashion houses also have some very good lines at the moment. There are some great dresses and trouser suits around and they seem to be getting better than ever at cutting them to suit the full size market.
Tops however are really where it is at for the girl plus size clothing market. If you get the top right then you are there. Whatever else you wear, if you get the top right then the rest is not so important. There are some really good prints available at the moment and the major stores all seem to be far more adventurous with their choice of fabrics. Cotton is very popular and the prints are now getting more attention than the recent trend for plain fabrics. But be sure not to get anything too busty and stick to simple designs.
The market for girl large size clothing seems to be getting more fashion conscious every day and you should have no trouble in finding the right clothes for your taste. Don’t be put off if you don’t find them at first, there is a huge market for plus size clothing and although you may sometimes have to search to find the things that you really want, it is worth the effort and you can always send off from a catalog if you are not near any towns that keep good stocks of large size fashions. So don’t settle for second best, wait until you find what you really want.
Good Luck

Expressing yourself online: a beginner’s guide to blogging
New to the “blogging” phenomenon? Learn about making a statement
or keeping a journal weblog with this introduction to blogging.
The blog, known less-commonly by the term “weblog”, is becoming
an increasingly popular form of Internet communication. It
enables one to make a statement, to keep in touch with old
friends, to precipitate debates and express their feelings.
Just what is a blog? More text-based than most websites, it is a
personal web space that is written in by you and you alone. You
can register with a blogging website to obtain a section of it
for yourself, or you can design your own small site and upload
it to a free or paid host. You can even get your very own domain
name for it, and put whatever you like on it. Anything goes in a
blog - there are, however, a few generalized types of blogging
that people might not even know exist.
The weblog was originally created as sort of an online journal
or diary. This is still the most widespread use of large
blog-providing websites, such as LiveJournal. The journal-style
system, depending on whom the hoster is, allows the blogger to
network their blog with others. With a single click from their
site, they can peruse the new journal posts of dozens of
friends, starting from the most recent. They can set security so
only those friends can read their posts. They can find people
with similar interests and perhaps participate in a community
blog with them. The journal type of blog can contain everything
from quotes to pictures to quizzes to schedules, whatever the
blogger decides to put there, but it is typically used for a
day-to-day chronicle of one’s life, and a place to express
happiness or unhappiness. This type of blog is often popular for
keeping in touch with old friends or family who are unable to
see each other often, such as a student living in residence at
college, or a relative who has moved overseas. Journal blogs are
also often highly personalized, making them even more appealing
- the keeper of the blog may add a special website layout, icons
to indicate their mood, or “avatars”, small graphics featuring
an image of themselves or some of their interests.
The other major type of blog does not have a specific name or
category, but it is generally used for editorial-style writings.
The blogger pens his or her opinion on a certain subject -
anything that they may feel strongly against. Politics and
religion are common subjects of such blogs, and depending on
where the blogger is hosted he or she may receive hundreds of
comments or e-mails in reply. This is an excellent way to begin
a good online debate, but is less like a forum than it may sound
- remember that one person is making the statement, and all
rebuttals would be featured in comments below, if at all. Rather
than a discussion, an opinion blog is often an opportunity to
draw attention to one’s way of thinking, with space for
commenting but little opportunity for in-depth disagreement.
(However, a response from a reader in their own blog is not
uncommon!)
Community blogs are often a mixture of the previous two. They
are usually comprised of members of a certain group, or people
who have interest in a similar subject, such as a blog for fans
of a certain TV show or a blog for people who are in a
particular faculty in college. Again, there are no restrictions
on who can or cannot be part of such a community. In these
blogs, events may be planned, people share photos, writings and
artwork, engage in debates, and get to know people similar to
themselves.
Blogging has a lot of potential for artists and aspiring writers
or photographers as well. Any kind of medium that can be written
or scanned - from graphite art to your latest short story - may
be placed in a blog for people to evaluate or constructively
criticize. These types of posts are usually found within journal
or community blogs, where friends and sometimes strangers can
offer their honest advice.
There are dozens of other uses for blogs. They could be a
subsection of a personal website, a showcase for photographs, an
advice column, a space to share song lyrics, recipes,
translations and just about any other form of written text.
There are blogs devoted to thousands upon thousands of subjects,
and millions of people keeping daily diaries in personal blogs.
New to this kind of thing? It’s simple and fun, and a great way
to express yourself. All you need is a piece of web space and a
thought, and you’re on your way to blogging.

Are You a Leader or a Slacker?
Do you claim to be a Leader in your business or your field of expertise?
I have noticed that many people claim to be Leaders, but I consider them Slackers instead. A Slacker is someone that basically likes to give instruction or direction, but takes no action on advancing themselves or their business.
Does this describe you, your up-line or someone else on your
Mastermind Team? Here are some clues that might help you out.
Leader: Praises his/her team and offers encouragement
Slacker: Quick to find fault and slow to give praise
Leader: Holds himself/herself to a higher standard that his/her team
Slacker: Has a high level of expectation for his/her team but doesn’t hold
himself/herself to that same standard
Leader: Leads by example and is a role model for his/her team
Slacker: Blends in with crowd and never steps up to take a leadership role
Leader: Has deep rooted belief in his/her business and leads new teammates
through the growth process (learning the business and facing obstacles)
Slacker: Convinces a person to join his/her team then pawns them off on someone
else or simply pushes them to the side (Referred to as “sign and drop”)
Which of these characteristics, best describes you and your teammates? Be honest with yourself.
Just remember, that a leader must lead and nourish others through the growth process. If he/she loses integrity and fails to take action, then this same failure mindset will ripple down to his/her teammates. A team will duplicate their leader and their leader’s actions.
Let me ask you one last time…Are you a Leader or a Slacker?

Why Doesn’t God Heal Us?
WHY DOESN’T GOD HEAL US?
By Mariane Holbrook
I stood in the doorway of Mother’s nursing home room and wept quietly. She couldn’t see me. She sat in the chair beside her bed with her head on her knees, a few small pillows wedged behind her back and a pink shawl pulled across her frail and bony shoulders. She was moaning softly, “Dear God, help me. Please, God, help me.”
Tears ran in rivulets down my face as I asked God again, “Why? Why is this dear saint of God suffering so? She’s 96 years old. She’s suffered with unrelenting pain all her life. And if that wasn’t enough, why did she have to break her leg walking down the hall and lie in agony for many weeks in a cast with the leg never properly healing? Please help me understand the problem of pain. Please.”
One very early morning before sunrise, God in His mercy took Mother Home to be with Him. Her two daughters who lived near the nursing center watched as she was placed in a body bag and carried out. From their exhaustion in overseeing her care for several years, they cried in their grief but thankful that her long battle with unending pain was finally over.
That was nine years ago. I am just now beginning to understand the problem of pain because I live with it. I wish I had understood it while Mother was still living. I could have empathized more and ministered to her better. Before, I was an observer of pain. Now I am a participant, however reluctantly.
I have watched televangelists declare healing to precious believers who are brought en masse to their meetings. I have seen crutches being tossed carelessly aside, wheel chairs pushed against the walls as invalids were encouraged to walk or run across the platform to the applause and shouting of thousands in the audience. I pray many were healed instantly but what of those who were not? Did they return home in abject, total disappointment with God, still not understanding the reason for their pain? Did they continue to declare healing when none was forthcoming? Worst of all, did they begin to lose their faith in the One who had saved them?
As evangelical Christians, we are taught early that there is healing in the atonement. “By his stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:3) And “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. (Matthew 8:17) We reason, “If we can trust Christ for our salvation, can we not also trust Him for our healing? God never turns away one soul who confesses his sin and asks for forgiveness through the atoning blood of Jesus. Why does He seem to be capricious and selective in choosing those who will be healed from their sickness and those who will not?”
Theologians have battled this discussion for centuries and have yet to come up with compelling reasons for pain that fully satisfy those who are hurting.
But for me, it has been reduced to one simple explanation: healing is temporal but grace is eternal. Given a choice, I will take grace every time.
Grace has been defined as “the free and unmerited favor or beneficence of God” or “God’s love and favor to the undeserving.”
The same God who has saved me from my sins, who has promised me eternal life, can be trusted to know what I need to do to be more like His Son, Jesus. He decides how much of the boiling cauldron I need to endure, not only for my benefit but for those watching my life. In His divine wisdom, He determines who is selected to share in “the fellowship of His suffering.” (Philippians 3:10)
Should we pray for a divine touch of healing on those who suffer?
Yes. And we should pray earnestly and without ceasing, exercising faith and holding onto the promises of God. But never should we pile guilt on the infirmed by declaring that their lack of faith is the sole reason for their not being healed.
My friend, Edith, was stricken with polio and paralyzed from the chest down. She was approached by a member of her church who challenged her to get up out of her wheelchair by faith and walk. She couldn’t and he berated her. She wiped away her tears and kept her faith and trust in the Saviour of her soul. It wasn’t in God’s plan to heal her on earth but He gave her a sterling Christian testimony that defined her for years until God called her Home. We are encouraged by God to pray for healing; we do not have the freedom to insist on healing by demand..
My mother’s extended family watched her suffering all her life, but they remember most of all her unfailing faith. Her walk with God was not uneven; it was consistent. Her testimony was positioned there permanently as a standard against which the rest of us measured our lives. Her “problem of pain” was no accident; it was not indifference by God to her anguish and travail. God used her pain for a reason: it was to refine her and to give her a lasting testimony to the grace of God under pressure, tremendous pressure. Even in her tears and suffering, she knew she might not understand God’s ways, but she could trust His loving heart.
When I was in college, our Old Testament professor, Rev. Harold Freligh, drew a large circle on the blackboard. He placed a dot in the center. Under it he wrote in large letters:
“In the center of the circle of the will of God I stand.
There can come no second causes,
All must come through His dear hand.”
Rev. Freligh did something else that has sustained me, especially now as I deal with my own pain. He drew a long horizontal line on the blackboard and explained, “This represents a shelf. On it I place all my questions for which I have no answer. When I get to Heaven, God will patiently explain each one to my full and complete satisfaction.”
And so it is with pain. I don’t know why a dear six-year-old boy who loves Jesus is battling leukemia in an Illinois hospital today. I don’t know why my younger Christian friend in Tennessee spends 22 out of 24 hours of every day in bed, weakened and ravaged by Multiple Sclerosis. I can’t explain why my lovely friend in Arizona struggles with the insidious and devastating pain of Sarcoidosis for which there is no adequate treatment and no medical cure.
I have placed each one of these friends on my “shelf,” confident that their pain is not in vain, knowing that they haven’t been forgotten by God or overlooked in His scheme of things. Each one is ministering every day of their lives to the wonderful grace of Jesus, that eternal principle which makes their pain meaningful and their testimonies so enduring. Each one, I am confident, if they were able, would rise to full stature and sing:
Wonderful grace of Jesus, Greater than all my sin;
How shall my tongue describe it, Where shall its praise begin?
Taking away my burden, Setting my spirit free,
For the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me.
Wonderful the matchless grace of Jesus,
Deeper than the mighty rolling sea;
Higher than the mountain, sparkling like a fountain,
All sufficient grace for even me;
Broader than the scope of my transgressions,
Greater far than all my sin and shame;
O magnify the precious name of Jesus,
Praise His name!

Domain Names: How To Choose The Best One
“A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.” – Lao Tzu
When starting an online presence, the first and most important step you will have to take is to register your own domain name. In the online world, your domain name serves two purposes – name and address. Your domain name can serve as your site name. It will also direct your visitors to the contents of your site or someone else’s. Hence, it is very important that you choose one properly.
If you are planning to launch a personal web site or one for your business, choosing a domain name like yourname.com or yourbusiness.com would be the logical step. However, there will be instances when the domain of your choice isn’t available and you will have to pick another one. In doing so, please take note of the simple guidelines below.
If you already have a theme for your site, it would help if the domain name contains words that are related to the site’s content. This makes it easier for you to market your site. Potential visitors will know what they’re getting into when clicking a link to your site.
You may also choose domain names that are short and easy to remember. A domain that is short and can be told in a few syllables will be easy to remember. It also helps if the name has a twist or if it sounds rather funny. Good examples of short domain names include one-word internet giants like Google, Amazon and Ebay.
You may also choose simple, ordinary words like business, computers or laptops. Although a number of these domains have already been registered, be on the lookout as they could easily bring in instant traffic for any site. This will be very useful if you are going to use any of those PPC programs for parked pages or even selling the domain name in the future. As an example, business.com was sold a few years ago for millions of dollars!
Remember that these days getting your own domain name no longer costs an arm and a leg. Gone are the days when companies would charge you 30 dollars or more. You now have a choice of sites that can register your domain names for less than ten dollars and still provide you with lots of free stuff. Some companies are even offering domain names at peanut prices if coupled by other purchases like web hosting. Of course, this is great news for anyone considering building a web site or purchasing a domain name as an investment.

How Does Operator Attended Phone Conferencing Work?
Businesses need to be connected throughout the whole
organization. And many companies have come to rely on phone
conferencing as a means for cost-effective long-distance
communication.
But what is operator attended phone conferencing and how is it
different from reservationless calls? Thankfully, information on
teleconferencing is easy to research through various product
literature or the internet.
Operator Attended Phone Conferencing - The Essentials
Operator attended conferencing differ from other phone
conferencing services in that all group meetings are assisted by
a human operator. While some companies may prefer the ability to
create phone conferences on demand, there are various ways how
an operator can enhance the phone conferencing experience. For
instance, with a operator assisted phone conferencing call, you
don’t have to learn any of the phone conferencing codes. Instead
let the operator do the task of setting up the room for you.
Also, some phone conferencing vendors actually provide
assistance in conducting the conference. The operator can act as
a speaker, introducing participants and facilitate questions
during the teleconferencing session.
Operator assisted phone conferencing also tends to provide more
features than reservationless phone conferencing. This is
because an excess of features can be hard to invoke by just
using phone codes. An operator can easily assist clients setup a
variety of add-on functionality to the phone conferencing
session. The operator can help in notifying participants,
recording the conference, or in conducting phone polling/voting
services.
Operator attended phone conferencing is also relatively
inexpensive. A phone conferencing solution can help your company
save on a lot of expenses. A lot of plans have flat-rates,
although more and more are providing per-minute phone
conferencing packages to cater to the small-to-medium business
market. Despite the emergence of web conferencing in the
enterprise scene, phone conferencing is still easier to setup
and avail.

Get Rich Now Selling E-Books Online in 3 Easy Steps
I believe this is the most important thing you could learn about starting
your own business. You can have all the information you need, you can even have
Bill Gates as your financial advisor, but if you don’t know this one concept I
am about to share with you, will never make your dreams a reality.
Let me ask you a question. What is the number one reason most people don’t
succeed in business or any other area of their life? Is it because they don’t
know what to do? Sometimes that is the case, but most of the people I interview
know exactly what to do step by step or they know where to get the information
they need to begin building their business, but they simply don’t do it, or
worse they start and then get comfortable and are satisfied with only enough
profit to pay the bills and they settle for less than what they deserve. In this
article I will share with you what I believe is the most important key for
success, and how you can apply it today, easily and start seeing your vision
become reality. You can not only apply this tool for your business, but for any
other area of your life that you have been procrastinating on or simply not
getting the results you want.
Have you ever bought a book or piece of exercise machine and not used them?
You wanted a specific result, but you didn’t follow through. Now how come you
didn’t follow through? The reason you didn’t follow through is because you were
focused on all the effort and anguish that it was going to cost you to do the
specific action. You truly wanted to, but couldn’t get yourself to follow
through, and instead you did something that was pleasurable and effortless like
watch TV. This is it, I’m sorry this is so simple and easy, but this is the only
reason why you didn’t follow through on what you really wanted to do. Your body
is wired up to want pleasure and it wants to stay away from what is
uncomfortable. So how can we use this information to get ourselves to do
whatever we want? Glad you asked.
Every day you are asking and answering thousands of questions to decide what
you should do, and most of the time its unconscious. What should I wear? What do
I want to eat? What do I have to do today? Your brain is constantly evaluating
what to do based on the amount of comfort or discomfort you relate to a certain
task or action. Another very interesting thing to point out is that you’re brain
will answer any question you ask it. If you ask yourself why can’t I make any
money? Or why do I never follow through? Your brain will search its database and
come up with the best answer it can think of. Because your lazy or because you
don’t have any experience your brain will answer. Ask your brain better
questions and you will get better answers that will empower you to take action.
What questions do you ask though? And how can I apply this immediately to my
business and life so I start feeling better and get myself to follow through
right now.

SEO’s Relationship With Website Architecture
SEO’s Relationship With Website Architecture
Search engine optimization for today’s search engine robots requires that sites be well-designed and easy-to-navigate. To a great degree, organic search engine optimization is simply an extension of best practices in web page design. SEO’s relationship with web design is a natural one. By making sites simple and easily accessible, you are providing the easiest path for the search engine robots to index your site, at the same time that you are creating the optimum experience for your human visitors.
This approach ties well into the notion of long-term search engine marketing success. Rather than trying to “psych out” the ever-changing search engine algorithms, build pages that have good text and good links. No matter what the search engines are looking for this month or next, they will always reward good content and simple navigation.
Search Engine Robots
Search engine robots are automated programs that go out on the World Wide Web and visit web pages. They read the text on a page and click through links in order to travel from page to page. What this really means is that they “read” or collect information from the source code of each page. Depending on the search engine, the robots typically pick up the title and meta description. The robots then go on to the body text of the page in the source code. They also pay attention to certain tags such as headings and alt text. Search engine robots have capabilities like first-generation browsers at best: no scripting, no frames, no Flash. When designing, think simple.
Search Engine Friendly Design
Creating search engine friendly design is relatively easy. Cut out all the bells and whistles and stick to simple architecture. Search engine robots “understand” text on the page and hyperlinks, especially text links. The relationship of SEO and web design makes sense when you start with good design techniques for your visitor. The easier the navigation and the more text on the page, the better it is not only for the visitor but also for the search engine robots.
Obstacles For Indexing Web Pages
Search engine robots cannot “choose” from drop down lists, click a submit button, or follow JavaScript links like a human visitor. In addition, the extra code necessary to script your pages or create those lists can trip-up the search engine robots while they index your web page. The long JavaScript in your source code means the search engine robots must go through all this code to finally reach the text that will appear on your page. Offload your JavaScript and CSS code for quicker access to your source code by the search engine robots, and faster loading time for your online visitors. Some search engine robots have difficulty with dynamically-generated pages, especially those with URLs that contain long querystrings. Some search engines, such as Google, index a portion of dynamically generated pages, but not all search engines do. Frames cause problems with indexing and are generally best left out of design for optimum indexing. Web pages built entirely in Flash can present another set of problems for indexing.
Depth Of Directories
Search engine robots may have difficulty reaching deeper pages in a website. Aim to keep your most important pages no more than one or two “clicks” away from your home page. Keep your pages closer to the root instead of in deeply-nested subdirectories. In this way you will be assured the optimum indexing of your web pages. Just as your website visitor may become lost and frustrated in too many clicks away from your homepage, the robots may also give up after multiple clicks away from the root of your site.
Solutions And Helpful Techniques
If there are so many problems with indexing, how will you ever make it work?
The use of static pages is the easiest way to ensure you will be indexed by the search engine robots. If you must use dynamically-generated pages, there are techniques you can use to improve the chances of their being indexed. Use your web server’s rewrite capabilities to create simple URLs from complex ones. Use fixed landing pages including real content, which in turn will list the links to your dynamic pages. If you must use querystrings in your page addresses, make them as short as possible, and avoid the use of “session id” values.
When using Flash to dress up your pages, use a portion of Flash for an important message, but avoid building entire pages using that technology. Make sure that the search engine robots can look at all of the important text content on your pages. You want your message to get across to your human visitor as well. Give them enough information about your product to interest them in going the next step and purchasing your product.
If you must use frames, be sure to optimize the “no frames” section of your pages. Robots can’t index framed pages, so they rely on the no frames text to understand what your site is about. Include JavaScript code to reload the pages as needed in the search engine results page.
Got imagemaps and mouseover links? Make sure your pages include text links that duplicate those images, and always include a link back to your homepage.
Use a sitemap to present all your web pages to the search engine robots, especially your deeper pages. Make sure you have hyperlink text links on your page, and a sentence or two describing each page listed, using a few of your keyword phrases in the text.
Remember that the search engine robots “read” the text on your web page. The more that your content is on-topic and includes a reasonable amount of keyword-rich text, the more the search engine robot will “understand” what the page is about. This information is then taken back to the search engine database to eventually become part of the data you see in the search engine results.
Last of all, it is very important to test your pages for validation. Errors from programming code and malformed html can keep the search engine robots from indexing your web pages. Keep your coding clean.
Check List For Success
* Include plenty of good content in text on your web pages
* Incorporate easy to follow text navigation
* Serve up dynamically generated pages as simply as possible
* Offload JavaScript and other non-text code (style sheets, etc.) to external files
* Add a sitemap for optimum indexing of pages
* Validate your pages using the World Wide Web Consortium’s validation tool, or other html validator
On Your Way To Indexed Pages
The best way to assure that your pages will be indexed is to keep them simple. This type of architecture not only helps the search engine robots, but makes it easier for your website visitors to move throughout your site. Don’t forget to provide plenty of good content on your pages. The search engine robots and your visitors will reward you with return visits.

Web Page Optimisation
Web Page Optimisation
Web Page Optimisation is a technique of attracting “search
engine visibility” to particular Keywords within that page.
How is this achieved?
Firstly there are guidelines within every search engines rules
that determine what you can and can not do. The golden rule is
don`t stuff the page full of “your” keywords this would be a
fruitless task which is immediately recognised by the Search
Engine Algorithms and will result in your page being either,
dropped completely or even undergo a lengthy spell in the sin
bin (Sandbox in Google).
So how do you optimise a Web Page?
Firstly you need to know which keywords you are targeting for
that page secondly you need to present these keywords in a
presentable and readable copy for your visitors using the
correct hierarchy ie: <title> </title>, <meta
description> <meta keywords> <h1></h1> and
so on.
Then What?
Within these “HTML Tags” there are a number of factors that
determine whether or not they add relevance to the page or
conversely whether these individual tags are “stuffed”. Finding
and understanding the correct balance to these tags is a method
that easily compliments good Web Design
Density?
The overall Density (dependant on differing search engine
algorithms) is calculated through combining all of the pages
elements together in proportion to the amount of “text” on a
given “Web Page”, the more relevant the page the higher within
the Search engines your page will appear.

Cooking - Tips For Having a Stress-Free Cooking Experience
Cooking a scrumptious meal can be gratifying for both the person cooking and those who are eating the well prepared meal. But whether a newbie at cooking or experienced there are several factors to consider so that you have a most pleasant cooking experience.
Plan in Advance - If you have a busy schedule that involves taking the kids to baseball practice or making sure your hubby has clothes to wear to work then try to write menus for a week’s meal at a time. Shop for the main dish about once a week and fruits and vegetables twice a week. Before you begin cooking have all of the necessary ingredients and utensils laid out. Something else you may want to consider is cooking several main dishes, and baking a few cakes at one time and then freezing them for future use.
Combine Your Jobs - While your cake or cookies are baking take this time to wash the dishes. You will be so happy when your cake is done and your are too! Utilize leftovers. Cook meals that can be served more than once. For instance, roast beef can later be used to make roast beef sandwiches.
Keep Your Spirit Refreshed - While cooking can be fun and rewarding it at times can be extremely stressful. With kids hollering, the television blaring and the husband reading the newspaper sometimes frustration sets in when you know that you’ve got a full hour of cooking ahead of you and that doesn’t include the cleaning! It’s important that you as the cook have a hobby that you can turn to so that you can put your focus on something you enjoy.
This may seem to simple to have any effect but it works. As soon as you have a spare moment, sit down, close your eyes and relax. You will be surprised how the tension is eased.
Cooking can be fun when one is prepared. To see a selection of independent ingredients come together to produce a fine meal for family and friends can be very rewarding. Being organized and stress-free only enhances this rewarding experience.
