Online Music
Music is the essence of the day to day life of any person. It is immaterial that you are young or aged, the love for music among people never dies. Being a music lover, I know that the thirst for good music never ends and how is it possible when it is such a sweet and soft gift for us.
In the early days, people had to buy music cassettes or records as soon as they were launched in the market. Sometimes, it also happened that any specific music was not available due to finished stock or other factors. But today, with the help of new technology such as Mp3, the distribution of music has become even faster and much wider. Now you have the options for music cassettes, compact disc (CD), digital versatile disc (DVD), mp3’s and also online websites that let you hear the music of your choice.
If you wish to purchase a music CD you have to visit the store that requires your time and if the album is in huge demand then it might happen that you have to wait until the next day. Online music makes it very easier whereby you can easily find the song tracks you wish to hear. There are many online music websites whereby you can enter the name of the song or the artist you wish to listen and the track shall be played online.
To get access to online music, you need to have a computer with the compatible software such as media player, an internet connection and attached sound system. Most of the websites offer free music service whereby there are no charges involved except the download charges that you need to pay with your internet bill.
You can also make a collection of your favorite music tracks just by downloading from the website into the hard disk drive of your computer which you can later burn in a compact disc. This saves your money from purchasing different music albums if you love songs of various artists and movies that are not available in a single album.

The Mystery of Furry Animals
Comfort! Everyone wants comfort. Air-conditioning systems have been invented for the purpose of providing comfort to the inhabitants of buildings. The science of psychometry was developed to understand the properties of the air - the temperatures, humidity and the heat values.
However, the human body, a marvelous piece of creation can adjust itself to changing climatic conditions to provide comfort to the owner. It has become quite common knowledge that sweating and their evaporation cools down the body.
Have you tried wrapping yourself in a plastic sheet? You will feel warm because of the air trapped within the sheet. However, after a while, you will sweat and you will feel very uncomfortable indeed. Why?
It has to do with what air-conditioning people call the comfort zone. According to them, most people will feel comfortable between 70 to 78 degree Fahrenheit at about 50% relative humidity wearing light clothing and when seated or at rest and without much wind.
There is also a difference in comfort levels when we do different activities. When we feel comfortable wearing woolen jackets to keep warm while we are at rest, don’t we feel uncomfortable when we are running or doing strenuous activities? Clearly just wearing a jacket will not automatically make us more comfortable.
On a hot day, you will want to take off everything. Well, society dictates that you cannot do that, or you will be charged with indecent behavior. Anyway, that’s the easiest way to become comfortable. The body’s thermoregulatory action will make your comfortable automatically.
In nature, the body has a very good self-temperature regulatory action. When we sweat, the latent heat of vaporization takes away the heat from the body. However, if the sweat were to be evaporated, a person with all the sweat glands fully opened up can even feel a chill. Putting on clothing will hinder that process of evaporation.
In cold weather, how would you want to wear just a thin piece of clothing, instead of layers after layers of thick clothing? You don’t want to look like an astronaut with their bulky suit, do you? You might look a bit too fat and clumsy!
Moreover, some clothing will retain the water, so much so that even when the outside is cold, you are actually sweating inside. That’s the condition of condensation. The same thing happens when a glass of cold water is put in a warm atmosphere. The water comes out from the air around the glass and become water droplets. Your body becomes wet from your perspiration.
You become uncomfortable.
How do furry animals keep warm or cool? They don’t wear clothing like humans. They seem to be able to adjust their body temperatures in their fur to all weather conditions. Can that be duplicated?
Scientists have been searching for the solution to comfortable all weather clothing for ages. They were searching for that special fiber that can duplicate the thermoregulatory action of a human body and yet feels comfortable to wear.
They have tried using capillary action of closely spaced fibers to draw the liquid from the sweat to the surface and then to evaporate. However in order to be effective, the fabric need to be worn close to the skin in order to transport the moisture. Whenever the capillary fabric gaps, the draw is broken and it becomes ineffective. The result - heat is lost for the wearer. Wearing tight clothing can be quite uncomfortable sometimes. Maybe they are not so fashionable, or just do not fit the many different body sizes.
The latest technological breakthrough lies in utilizing electrostatic charges in the fibers. Scientists are now able to move moisture from the body whenever a wearer perspires in warm temperatures using electrostatic charges in the fibers. As the wearer’s activity decreases, the fabric will reduce the evaporative process, leaving a constant water barrier between the wearer and the fabric.
In cold temperatures, a layer of 100% relative humidity is formed between the skin and the fabric, creating an area of moist air that holds more heat during cooler temperatures. By using electrostatic charges to pull the moisture away from the skin, scientists are able to increase the heat capacity of the trapped air next to the skin and the wearer feels warm.
Individual molecules are separated much faster and thus favor evaporation.
These fibers are special.
They actually duplicate and enhance the thermoregulatory actions of the body! They create a vapor barrier to keep you cool when the weather is warm and warm when the weather is cold.
Truly a technological breakthrough!

Colon Cleansing The Natural Way
Colon cleansing involves a process called detoxification. Detoxification is geared toward clearing out toxins in the body by means of neutralizing or transforming them, as well as clearing excess mucus and congestion in the colon. Most of the toxins that are congesting the colon come from the food we eat, drugs we use, or environmental exposure both acute and chronic.
Fats (especially oxidized fats) and cholesterol, free radicals as well as other irritating molecules act as toxins. Likewise, poor digestion, colon sluggishness and dysfunction, reduced liver function and poor waste disposal by the kidneys, respiratory tract and skin all contribute to increased toxins in the colon.
Detoxification is very important for healthy living as well as enhancing the elimination of toxins in the colon and throughout the body. Minimized intake of some chemicals from food and other sources like refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco, as well as many drugs helps to remove toxins in the body. The process of detoxification actually calls for a lifestyle change and smart selections of food.
For detoxifying or cleansing the colon, it is also important to include probiotics in your diet in order to replenish the good bacteria in the intestines. A probiotic is an organism which contributes to the health and balance of bacteria in the intestinal tract. It’s also commonly referred to as the body’s friendly bacteria and helps in fighting illness and diseases.
A healthy intestine contains at least 85% of beneficial bacteria to prevent over colonization of disease causing organisms like salmonella and E. coli. But sadly, most people do not have the required amount of friendly bacteria in their intestine, resulting to various colon related diseases. Probiotics are also excellent immune system enhancers since they prevent unfriendly organisms from congesting the body. Probiotics also prevent overgrowth of yeast and fungus and produces substances that lower cholesterol.
Why Colon Cleansing is important?
Regular bowel movements are vital for maintaining a healthy body. Irregular bowel movements are an indication of future colon problems. This is the reason why eating a nutritious, well balanced diet is so important. The typical diet of most people today includes a great deal of refined sugar, white flour and hormone/antibiotic-filled meats. These types of foods contribute to the demise of our colons.
Colon cancer is the second deadliest cancer, causing deaths not only in the US but also in other parts of the world. This is also the reason why it is essential to have a healthy, correctly functioning colon. Colon cleansing is vital for the elimination of congestions and toxins in the intestine.
Constipation is one of the most common bowel problems faced by a great number of people. Constipation is a condition wherein there is a slow transit time for waste matter to leave the body. The transit time refers to the amount of time that toxic waste matter remains in the bowel. A long transit time will cause the toxic waste to decay, ferment and most probably be reabsorbed by the body. And the longer the body is exposed to waste the greater the possibility of contracting a disease because the stockpiled waste is a fertile breeding ground for diseases.
Disease in the colon usually starts with a toxic bowel. Infrequent or poor bowel movements over extended periods of time can be very hazardous to the body.
Natural Way of Cleansing your Colon
The natural way of colon cleansing involves a cleansing diet of some herbs that are known to kill parasites and worms, also included are digestive enzymes, probiotics, herbs that stimulate the liver, gallbladder and intestines, psyllium husk or seeds, cascara sagrada or flax seeds, or slippery elm and many more.
Herbs are good in intestinal cleansing since they get rid of pounds of foul smelling food debris that have been stocked inside the colon. The most commonly used herb is psyllium, a natural, water-soluble, gel-reducing fiber that is extracted from the husks of blond psyllium seeds.
A standard bowel cleanse should contain the following:
1. Water, juices, raw fruits and vegetables
2. Probiotics to help replenish the good bacteria in the intestines
3. Psyllium husk and/or seeds or flax seeds help absorb water and expand the colon allowing for the removal of toxins and mucus.
4. Bentonite clay is edible clay that acts as a laxative by absorbing water and then forming a gel. It binds toxins and helps to carry them out of the colon.
5. Salt water enema
However, please remember that you should consult a medical professional for advice before starting any new health regime.

How To Attract More Leads
One northern Manitoba February, Bert, a new AA convert,
was driving me from Flin Flon to The Pas to work with
another agent. Bert’s enthusiasm for AA bubbled throughout
the trip, and I learned many things that helped me improve
my life.
One was that “You’ve got to give it away to keep it”. To
Bert, at the time, this meant spread the AA philosophy.
To me, it meant the sharing of all ideas.
It also applies to referrals. To get them, give them.
You want referrals. And you know many others who also
want them. Have you given them any? If not, why should you
expect any from them?
Consider your accountant, your CA. How does she acquire
new clients? Through referrals. Have you ever given her
any?
No? Then take her to lunch. While you’re eating find out
as much as you can about her—the sort of stuff that
anyone hiring a CA would want to know. And what you need to
know in order to refer her.
When you get to coffee tell her, “I’m asking you all these
questions because every so often someone asks me if I know
of a good accountant. I’d like to be able to recommend you.”
“But some of those who ask may not be what you want. So
tell me, how will I know if they’re a good prospect for
you?”
Wow! Imagine if someone asked you that. Wouldn’t you be
elated? This is exactly what any prospect-seeker dreams
of. Someone who is willing to feed her leads and asks what
kind!
Listen closely her. You might even want to take notes.
She may describe someone you already know, or have as a
client. (Of course, you can’t just recommend her willy-
nilly, but you can let it be known, to those who are
interested, that you have met an accountant who really
impressed you.)
Don’t push it, but be ready to offer your specifications
for the prospects you’re looking for, if she asks. But
don’t expect it. Wait for it to come naturally. It may take
years, but eventually she will be giving you referrals.
Now visualize yourself having a lunch like this every week
with a different prospect-seeker. Think of the various
accounting specialists, lawyers, financial planners, even
competitors, to whom you could be giving referrals. And
who may feel obliged to return the favour.
But don’t ask them to lunch with that in mind or you’ll
blow it. Be gracious. Give it away to get it!
And schedule monthly follow-up phone calls to let them
know you haven’t forgotten them.
And so they won’t forget you.

Cambodian Song Is Contributing to Discrimination
It is exactly our desires to entertain and such the right is
stipulated in many internal and international legal instruments.
To me, entertainment is not just entertainment, but it does
enrich our lives, physically and psychologically. However,
converting into the world of materialism, I have noticed that
one evilly negative element which is indirectly and
subconsciously stipulated in such the daily entertainment and
this bad impact would spread into greater extend if appropriate
measure is not taken. Song, I would say, is the most brainwashed
kind of entertainment that we even need before our nightly
sleep. And just because it is absolutely ubiquitous, the
negative element contained in the song can easily be inserted
into our psycho factors. So what is the negative element
contained that I am referring to? Here is the answer:
“discrimination is widely spreading in most of Cambodian songs”.
Though most of the discrimination is not of great level and
apparent, but such the negative element would spread into the
society - in particular, youths’ mentality, if sound measure is
not timely taken by all of us and the concerned state entities.
Discriminations, as I have noticed, are largely based on ground
of family status, skin complexion, gender, appearances and other
related social status. Most of the time, the poor, the disabled,
the unfit is weak, and they are almost always the losers and the
ones who is most likely to fail in competition with another who
is better in term of finance and appearance. As I have noticed,
the poor, disabled are unlikely to have loyal love and they are
likely deprived from social participation. But most of the
Cambodian youths can not see this essence and would not agree
with my stated idea. Not only about discrimination, most of
Cambodian songs are just plainly about entertainment, and there
are nearly no song to contribute to psychological purification.
I do not mean that all songs should be about philosophy and
other educational favor, but I do need some songs and singers
contribute to such the field of the society. I do need
entertainment too!!! Because of the negative points I raised
above, Cambodian song can not gain its fame in the state,
regional and international stage, the writer and singer should
reconsider about this. Another essence of the song is to
surprise and make the listeners feel respectful to the singer
and author. As I would like to make this essay short and brief,
I would not bring many examples to defense my argument, but I
want you, the readers, to observe the matters of fact by
yourselves, and see whether my opinion is of value or not. I am
not criticizing Cambodian song alone, this problem is also
occurring in other countries around the world, but I just want
all of us to take notice before we do analysis or before it is
too late. “No matter how the world has developed, discrimination
is still ubiquitous and maybe more serious than the bygone past,
because it is contained in even our playful element (coined by
Lay Vicheka, 2005)”
Credit Repair Form Letter - Should You Use One?
If you are researching credit repair you have undoubtedly seen many credit repair form letter.
You are invited to use them for free. But even at that price, is a credit repair form letter worth the cost?
Most of these letters are filled with legal jargon and instructions for the recipient to comply with. Or else.
The people in the credit industry are quite well aware of the existence of the form letters and they have seen them all.
At best, you are telling them that your letter is part of a credit repair effort rather than a legitimate dispute.
If you are considering using a credit repair form letter you should also be aware that thousands of other people have also thought about it.
No matter where you find your credit repair form letter at, many before you have used it. If it has been around for a while, you can bet that every bureau has seen hundreds of them.
The bottom line is that it is your credit war. Each situation is uniquely yours and no credit repair for letter will serve your purpose without substantial modification.
In reality, it probably takes more time to modify a prewritten letter than it takes to write a new one from scratch.
The best advice, if you are considering using a credit repair form letter is DON’T. Use your own words, and keep them to as few as possible to get your point across.

Seven Simple Methods to Build Blog Traffic
There is currently a blog created every second! Unfortunately,
most of them will never receive much traffic. “Write it and they
will come” might work if you are the Dalai Llama, The Pope, or
George Bush, but you’re not, are you? And even their blogs would
need some publicity.
Here are a few tips to build blog traffic. There are many more
techniques available, but this is a good solid start.
1) Write great content
This should go without saying, but you need to write interesting
“stuff.” What is interesting varies depending on your target
audience, and you should know your target audience; hopefully
you are one of them.
But great content, although necessary, is not sufficient. You
might be writing fascinating material for guppy breeders, but if
they never see it, who cares? That’s why we have additional tips.
2) Have a link from your Web site
You probably have a Web site. If so, absolutely have a prominent
link from your Web site to your blog! Why wouldn’t you? I don’t
know, but many people don’t. I hate it when I know someone or
some organization has a blog and they make me look hard for it.
Most people will give up, if they even ever hear about the blog.
3) Mention your blog in your e-mail signature
Most of us use email a lot. An e-mail signature, a small section
of text or HTML automatically appended to each email, is an
ideal place to mention a blog.
You need to use common sense however. If your blog is on bizarre
sexual practices, you probably don’t want to include it on your
business email signature. Personal blogs, unless related to
business and with the company’s blessing, don’t belong in a
business email signature. Professional blogs however, absolutely
do. Use common sense!
4) Have an easy to remember URL
My home blog’s URL is http://demop.com. One night over dinner
with a client, he mentioned he often typed in TheTedRap.com by
mistake. Later that evening, I spent about 10 minutes online and
twenty dollars purchasing the domain TheTedRap.com and pointing
it at http://demop.com/TheTedRap
Traffic increased immediately - apparently he wasn’t the only
one making that mistake!
If you have a long and difficult blog URL, like
www.quismoabccorp.jobs/codered/Americas/baldnessremediesbyjoe,
strongly consider a either moving your blog or getting another
domain and pointing it at your blog.
5) Good Blog Post Names
Search engines love blogs, and much blog traffic comes from
search engines. Google alone feeds The Ted Rap several hundred
people a week, and some of them become long-term readers. Search
Engine Optimization (SEO) for blogs is important, and an entire
book could be written on the subject.
One of the most important search engine optimization tactics is
to give each post a good descriptive name with key words and
phrases in it. If a post is about Saturn and Mars, include the
words “Saturn” and “Mars” in it! A cute title like “Big round
things that revolve around the sun” won’t help the search
engines send you new readers, and conversely won’t help people
looking for content like yours find it.
6) Leave good comments
When someone leaves a good comment on my blog, I always go look
at that person’s blog if they have one. I have found a number of
blogs I regularly read this way. Conversely, often when I leave
a good comment on someone else’s blog, I’ll notice a few
visitors following that comment back to my blog. Some of them
may become regular readers of my blog.
What is a good comment? Not a simple “I agree” or similar, but a
comment that adds content and value. Don’t leave a comment
unless you have something to add.
7) Link to other worthy blogs (or use trackbacks)
Just as when someone leaves a comment, if someone links to my
blog, I notice and go see who is linking. I typically notice
someone is linking through Technorati.com or one of the other
search engines.
If your blogging software supports trackbacks, they have the
same effect as linking.
Most blogs will never have hundreds of thousands of readers, but
these tips will help start a steady stream of visitors to your
blog.

A True Birthday is When You…
A person on the Day of his birth is born not with the wealth or fame but with the invisible garland of actions of his past incarnations around his neck. Every being is destined to face his past and learn the life lessons in his present life in order to have a better future life.
Every action he performs has a reaction, for this world is full of reactions. So he ought to take utmost care to perform his duties and responsibilities on this earth plane. Thinking is also an action and he has to be cautious of what he thinks. The way he lives his life determines his death. So he has to have good thoughts at all times in order to remember God at his last moments. He has to smile at life at all times despite his sorrows, for the photographer called GOD might click his picture at any time to hang it in Heaven.
Every birth has a purpose. Being born as a human being, man is gifted with the greatest gifts of Choice and Discrimination. Man is wise enough to discriminate between good and bad. He has to choose that which is good but not that which is pleasing. The ultimate aim of a human being is to reach his birth place called ‘God’ to experience the divine bliss which is eternal.
It is only when he realizes his life purpose of remaining human at heart all his life will he move from immorality to immortality, darkness to light and from sorrow to happiness. Every human being should question himself- who am I? Why am I born? He is eligible to celebrate his true birthday only when he realizes he is not a human being but one with God; only when he realizes that he is not the body but the actual soul with in himself and when he experiences the same selfless feeling that the soul in all the beings is one and the same though the forms differ. He has to celebrate his Birthday only when he experiences the true bliss of Union with God for the first time after his Birth. It is then that God Himself appears and says –“Happiness has now taken Birth in you. Happy Birthday my Child’

ANSWERING YOUR JOURNALING OBJECTIONS
Copyright 2005 Writer’s Eye Advisory Service
Everyone experiences objections while keeping their personal
journals. Objections make journaling exciting as well as
frustrating. You may not know when an objection will show up.
Objections will show up as you journal, because you have decided
to gently examine your life or work. I’ve listed some common
objections. Do any of these comments sound familiar?
I CAN’T WRITE: It is one of the most common objections I hear.
Does this mean you can’t write like you were taught in public
school? Well, neither can I. Writing in your journal requires
that you gently question and ultimately keep only those rules
that serve your purposes. It doesn’t mean that you won’t
experience some ambivalence, while selecting your rules. It
means that you will learn to write more from your heart, which
is the ultimate goal of keeping a journal.
MY WRITING ISN’T GOOD ENOUGH: The basis of this objection is
perfectionism. Have you heard yourself say, “My cooking isn’t
good enough.” Or my hair doesn’t look good enough.” There are
many more examples like these. Remember that journaling is an
exploration, not only of ideas, but of the act of writing. As
you write each journal entry, you are practicing how to write,
as well as what to write. The only expectations that you should
meet are that you show up to journal and fill as much of each
page as you can.
I’M NOT CREATIVE ENOUGH: I believe that everyone is creative.
Creative skills differ from person to person. Whenever you write
a journal entry, you are creating something new. Writing a
journal entry is creative, because you are sharing something new
with yourself, with God or others. For example, I’ve wanted to
create images from doodles in my journal for a long time. The
closest that I came was to fill up a page with lines and draw a
faint image over the background. I couldn’t make a distinct
image. This morning I finally created a completed one image from
a doodle. Is the image creative? Yes. Would it win a prize? No.
Was I happy about completing it? Absolutely yes. Now, I’m no
longer limited to just creating doodles in my journal.
I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY: This statement is not true. Everyone
has an opinion. Everyone has some topic that they can discuss
with other people. What really can stop you from speaking out,
is worrying about what others will think of you, worrying about
sounding foolish, and worrying about others ignoring you.
Unfortunately, some people might be unkind to you, social
situations are sometimes unpredictable. However, in your journal
you can write as many opinions as you want. As you become more
confident in writing your journal entries, you will begin to
explore many other subjects and ideas.
PERMISSION: It’s very important that you say yes to yourself, as
you begin to journal. Some people have experienced resistance
from family, friends or themselves about what, when or if they
should journal. For example, I needed permission internally and
from God, so I could restart my journaling practice. Several
years before, a relative, had read my journal without asking
permission. I stopped journaling for quite awhile. In 1990, my
pastor encouraged our church to start writing our prayers to God
in a prayer journal. I asked God for the ability to trust and
courage to start writing again. He helped me start journaling
again. A secondary result was that I started laughing more and
worrying less. I wrote more prayers to God and experienced more
answers to those prayers. I felt relieved that I had a safe
place to write again.
You have learned about some of the most common objections.
You’ve also learned that these objections can prevent you from
journaling regularly.
Choose one objection that resonates with you. Keep the objection
in mind, as you journal for the next week or so. See if this
objection or others appears to interrupt your journaling. Make
sure to write a few notes about your experience. If you don’t
sense any objections when you start to journal. Then that’s
wonderful, too. If you do, repeat some of the exercises, again
and see what happens.
No matter what happens when you journal, keep on journaling,.
it’s the best remedy for your own personal objections to writing
in your journal and a great way to explore them.
