Juicing Regularly Helps to Clear Acne
Two of the biggest obstacles you will need to overcome when trying to cure your acne is removing toxins from your blood and decreasing your bodies water retention.
Both of these can be achieved with juicing.
You get acne when your pores get blocked. Bacterial, oil, dead skin cells and toxins get trapped inside the blocked pores which cause an inflammatory response which gives you red, raised acne.
Excess toxins in the body and water retention both can cause your pores to be clogged up. One of the safest, natural and most effective ways to deal with these problems are with fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
Juicing is extracting the vital vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes of fruit and vegetables and discarding the fibre. By removing fibre, the juice is able to be quickly absorbed into the body and be put to maximum use in the body.
When you eat whole fruit and vegetables, it can take up to several hours of digestion before beneficial nutrients enter the bloodstream. Alot of the enzymes and other nutrients are also used up or destroyed by digestion. Juicing maximises nutrient uptake and maximises the health effect.
The first juices we will take a look at are juices that are good for cleaning the body, blood and lymph of toxins. Large amounts of toxins in the body is known as toxemia. Toxemia is poisoning of the body by over retention of body waste or from the the by-products of metabolism or digestion.
The main vegetable juice many consider the “master juice” that can be used as a base for any combination of vegetable juices is carrot juice. It should be noted at this point that vegetable and fruit juices should not be mixed and should be taken a minimum of an hour apart.
Carrot juice is an excellent blood cleanser and helps to clear and beautify the skin. Being an alkalizer, it helps to clear acidic conditions in the body. One of the toxic conditions that cause acne is known as acidosis. Acidosis is simply, an excess of acid in the body tissue and in the blood. One of the symptoms of acidosis is when the body tries to eliminate impurities through the skin which we saw earlier, was a cause of acne.
Cucumber juice is known as a natural diuretic. It also assists carrot juice in expulsing of toxins, salt, and excess water. When your water tension is released, the pressure on the skin cells is also released which was causing pressure on your pores and making them close up.
Together, carrot and cucumber juice mixed and drunk several times a day are an excellent weapon against acne.

Emotional Intelligence: The Basics
There’s so much talk about emotional intelligence and how it can promote personal and business success. What is it really? What are its basic tenets?
Emotional intelligence is the capacity to recognize, understand, and manage one’s emotions and that of others. This “intelligent” concept focuses on the role of emotion in our daily lives and how it affects our perception, reasoning, and behavior.
Emotions are pervasive in our daily existence. From the time we wake up to the time we retire to bed, we experience emotions. We can get excited by the news of economic recovery, or we feel upset when our favorite team loses a championship game.
Moreover, we can get lonely when our friend of many years decides to look for greener pastures and we can feel anxious when our child does not go home on time after class.
So really, emotions happen everywhere and anytime. There is no day that passes by without emotions being involved. We experience emotions when we - win or lose, receive phone calls from long lost friends, greet our children good morning, say hello to our neighbors, prepare meals for our spouses, or ride the subway train.
Emotions are just as normal as the rising of the sun.
However, there are times when our emotions can become overwhelming and can negatively affect our functioning. For instance, anger is normal. However, the inappropriate display of uncontrolled anger can be destructive.
Let me clarify this point with a hypothetical situation. Richard, a relatively nice guy who works as a salesman, is married for 5 years with Cynthia. For the past few years, his sales have plummeted due to some unknown reasons. He used to be mild-mannered but lately he hasn’t been the same.
When he gets angry, he just can’t control himself. He yells, bangs the door, throws fits, and punches the wall. In addition, he calls his wife names and puts her down. Eventually, he has physically harmed Cynthia. Due to his uncontrollable anger and physically abusive behavior, Cynthia has decided to file a divorce.
In this example, Richard has failed to recognize his ongoing anger and its associated behavioral consequences. Because of his inability to recognize his anger and consequent behavior, he has failed miserably to contain his anger despite signs that his wife doesn’t want to put up with it. In addition, he has failed miserably to recognize and understand the feelings of Cynthia. How could he? He can’t even recognize his own.
Emotional intelligence can therefore become an important tool at home and at work. By learning its basic tenets of self awareness (knowing one’s emotions), self management (controlling one’s emotions), social awareness (recognizing the emotions of others), and relationship management (social skills), people can make use of the emotion to advance the positive cause of our families and communities.

How to Find the Best Penis Enlargement Pill
The pills niche of the penis enlargement market is huge. Year after year, new pills come to swell the ranks of the existing products trying to grab market share by either boasting new and more effective ingredients or trying to take advantage of the popularity of existing ingredients among the consumer base. Thus, the average customer and web surfer is left at the mercy of a thousand flashy websites that are doing their best to sell him whatever pill they advertise. The hapless surfer is willing to lay down the cold cash, but not on the first product he’s laid eyes on. But how to find the best penis enlargement pill?
If you are troubled by this question, then you should also know you are far from being the first in this situation. The need of reliable guides to the pros and cons of various legitimate products and the need to avoid the many scams plaguing the penis enlargement market has led to the establishing of a number of independent review websites. These websites can be used as a guide to finding the pills that suits you best, in terms of both effectiveness and time. The second way to use the websites is to find out about the side effects of various penis enlargement pills. This way you’ll know what to avoid from the start.
You could also look for penis enlargement-related forums. These are actually the best place to start your search, since you can read at your leisure the first hand experiences of other people with pills and even with other products. Customers are usually willing to share their stories about the effects of various pills and you can also find tips on how to maximize the potential of penis enlargement pills. It’s there that you’ll find the cautionary tales about known scams and about legitimate products that simply don’t work as well as advertised.
Before you buy, take the time to look around on the Internet and make an informed decision. Don’t spend your money because a nice website tricked you into thinking that the product would be just as nice. Information is not really hard to find and comparative reviews and forums can really make the difference between results and a waste of money and time.

5 Reasons Little White Bumps Are On Your Face and How to Get Rid Of Them
Are you making these mistakes each time you spot a little white little bump on your face? Fixing those little white bumps starts with a small dose of education and ends with a big dose of prevention. After understanding the five reasons below, your little bumps should give way to clearer skin.
Reason #1: You have no clue what those little white bumps are anyway.
Little white bumps, or milia, are keratin-filled cysts, or simply little globs of protein under the skin. There are generally two types of milia. Primary milia may result from oil glands that have not fully or properly developed. Secondary milia result from trauma to the skin.
Reason #2: You think all little white bumps are acne, and treat them that way.
Just because you have little white bumps on your face does not necessarily mean that you have acne. Milia, are little balls of protein beneath the skin that do not have a pore, or hole in the skin through which to escape.
Comedones or whiteheads are excess fats and wastes that are trapped in a hair follicle and so they clog up the pore. In short, milia are proteins trapped within the skin, while comedones are fats and skin debris trapped within the pore.
Exfoliating the skin, or removing the dead skin cells from your skin with an abrasive product or chemical, is beneficial. But brutally scrubbing your face with soaps and chemicals too frequently may actually create milia. To avoid this, remember that gentle exfoliation helps prevent excess dead skin cell build-up that could clog your pores and cause whiteheads, not milia.
This gentle exfoliation helps make eventual removal of the milia easier because the skin layer around the milia becomes thinner, with frequent, yet gentle exfoliation. In short, Exfoliate your skin to prevent milia, not to cure them.
Reason # 3 You have no idea what causes those little white bumps anyway.
When you were a baby, you were probably covered with milia that disappear after a few days. Or, you may have inherited milia from your parents.
On the other hand, you may develop milia after excessive exposure to the sun. The reasons for developing milia after sun exposure are debatable. According to some studies, the active ingredients sunscreens like Parsol 1789 may cause sun allergies and later lead to a milia breakout. Other studies blame the sun itself for “damaging” the skin can thus causing little white bumps.
Some people experience milia around the mouth. This could be the result of fluoride irritation from toothpaste.
Reason # 4: No one ever told you how to prevent milia.
The best way to prevent milia is to avoid treating your skin with excessively harsh chemicals and to limit sun exposure.
To reduce creating milia around the eyes, use eye creams with the least amount of ingredients possible to avoid irritating the delicately thin eye area. Also, gently touch the eyes and avoid rubbing the eyes vigorously so as not to damage the skin.
When brushing you teeth, try to keep the pasty foam from staying around your mouth too long. This limits possible fluoride irritation to the skin.
Use a sunscreen with the least amount of ingredients. Extraneous ingredients like fragrances may irritate your skin. Additionally, purchase sunscreens that offer physical sun blockage that contain active ingredients like titanium oxide or zinc oxide.
Reason #5: You still want to know what you can do right now to get rid of milia.
The key to getting rid of milia is realizing that they have no escape route, those little bumps are trapped under the skin. So, to get them out, you’ll need to have a professional like a dermatologist or aesthetician extract them. You can extract the milia yourself, but this involves risks.
Precautions
You need to ensure that you milia are not symptoms of some underlying disease or illness. Also, if you extract the milia yourself, you may have trouble completely pulling out the cysts, as the removable process may prove too painful.
Otherwise, if you are confident with your health and courage, you can cleanse your hands and face. Then wet a cloth with warm water and apply it to your face for a few minutes. Gently apply a sterile needle to the center of the little white bump to create a tiny opening in the skin.
Wrap your thumbs in a clean tissue and, using your thumbs, proceed to gently squeeze the contents of the little white bump out. Finally, cleanse the area of the extracted little white bump with an astringent.
Now, you have no reason to walk around with little white bumps on your face. If you still think you do, please consider the possibility that you’re just telling yourself little white bumpy lies.

Is Spanish property still good value for money?
The response to this, in masses of cases, is yes! Regions like Costa del Sol presently look overpriced for average budgets on the other hand, there remain stacks of deals to be had in masses of districts of Spain. Apartments in the Costa Blanca remain on sale kicking off at 100,000 euros, (£69,750) & villas kicking off at about 190,000 euros, (£132,500). Around Murcia & the Costa Almeria property prices are proportionally cheaper with restoration ventures kicking off around 75,000E (£52,300) & villas kicking off at about 160,000 euros, 112,000 pounds If you buy off plan it will ensure that the worth of the property builds as the the scheme unfolds & nears completion. Clients purchasing early in the whole building work collect the greatest deal & investment return.
Property in Spain is still rising in value and with the ease of access from every EU airports it continues to be the most favored place for every year sun. It may well be an excellent investment, with the added bonus of amazing holidays or a perfect location for permanent inhabitation.
There are still delightful ranges in Spain that the visitors & investors haven’t discovered. For example the Alpujarras region in southern Spain is a stunning, mountained place that is a haven in hidden peace & great prices. The sun kissed strands in Costa Tropical aren’t too distant & access to airports is easy via Granada or Almeria.
Stretching to your south from your lower space of your Sierra Nevada, your Alpujarras contains your region’s capital, your sea side city of Almera, as its south-east border, with your sea side town of Motril in Granada making up your south-western boundry. The region has a rich variation in weather within a minute space - you might be lazing at a sub tropical beach barely twenty minutes from your front door or you might be skiing at your snows of your Sierra Nevada barely two hours distant, depending at your mood and your time of year! Have a look for property in spain with Property Line.
Property values in the region are nowdays at incrediblly large levels for close to roughly the country. A hamlet home near Valor in need of repairs for close to roughly 26,000 euros (less than £20,000). A 2 bedroom renovated home nearby for close to roughly 155,000E (£108,165). A 3 thousand metre square plot for close to roughly 26,000E (less than £20,000). New 2 bedroom apartments for roughly 85,000E 59 thousand pounds. Cortijos in need of renovation for close to roughly close to 50,000 euros £35,000. Renovated cortijos for close to roughly close to 100,000E (£69,780). You could even have your own finca developed for roughly 120,000E (£83,750) or procure a wholly functioning commercial farm producing olives - two dozen hectares for close to roughly 495,000E (£345,450). There are chances to buy hotels, restaurants or b&b businesses to allow you a functioning income in this advancing region much liked by the local population for close to roughly their own time off - and everything at values the remainder of Spain has long since forgotten about.
Investors would be advised to act briskly though. News of this previously unknown region is creeping out. The prices are starting to rise and in the next couple of years the real bargains here should be a thing of the past.

Smart Tip for Investors
My career in Accounting exposed me to the different facets of the financial world, investments as one of them. People have always been fascinated how money will work for them instead of the other way around. However, there are individuals who are interested but not committed. Author Ken Blanchard says, “When you’re interested in something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.”
When I was younger, having a stock brokerage company as an audit client, I decided to buy an energy stock. I bought some shares that cost me US$2.38/share. Guess what?!? In less than one year, it went to US$.05/share! The bear stock market in the Philippines ended my stock investing career. After my Canadian immigration, I found out that one of my friends in Los Angeles, California States was able to buy 7 properties in one year. I was tongue - tied as this young millionaire friend of mine is only in the first quarter in the money game of life. He was only 28 years old when he started to become a real estate expert. You may visit his website at: www.acquissets.com. I became interested in the real estate investing arena with his influence and inspiration. The real estate investment market is a little bit different in the US as compared to Canada although there are a lot of similarities too. My research of the real estate investment field connected me to a very motivated individual who was able to own 142+ properties in 5 years and I’ve a friend who was able to buy 17+ more properties in 2 years! Isn’t that amazing?!?
Monica Gutschi’s article in the National Post Newspaper on March 30, 2006 entitled “Real state more stable than equities” caught my attention. “Toronto. Here’s a news flash for those who may have suffered through the real estate crash of the early 1990’s:
As an asset class, real estate is actually more stable than stocks or bonds.”
“Much more stable, says Catherine Marshall, senior vice - president of LaSalle Investment Management a division of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., one of the world’s leading real estate service providers. Over the longer term, she said in a presentation to the Toronto CFA Society, 30 years of data show that real estate is “less risky” than either stocks or bonds. As well, she said it’s a well - developed asset class, in which investors can choose between direct property investment, partnerships and joint ventures, real estate funds, pooled funds, mortgage funds, and mortgage bonds.”
“And it’s a growing and increasingly profitable asset class. Income returns from real estate has been steady “through good times and bad,” Ms. Marshall said, averaging 8.2% over the past 30 years. “Valuations are all attractive, Ms. Marshall said, if one considers private real estate as a high dividend - paying equity and compare it to real estate income trusts, or REITS, and the S& P/TSX Index. These are the bests of times in real estate. Ms. Marshall said, pointing to the diversity of offerings and the increased liquidity in Canadian real estate in recent years. We are in a secular bull market and there is no end in sight.”

Documenting Comments Within Code
Despite our best intentions we can not always guarantee that the documentation relating to our application will always be available, locatable or made available when needed. A solution to this is using our comments in code to document our application. What sort of comments make for good documentation:
- Descriptions of routines.
- Descisions made and options rejected.
- Emails.
- Error messages.
- User comments.
- Application notes.
- Competition solutions and options.
- URLs.
- Rule numbers and headers from specifications.
There is a variety of comment-able documentation. Descriptions of a routine are a given. Emails? Emails upon important decisions can be kept within a module for reference by other code comments describing why a particular piece of programming chose a certain route, for example:
Private Sub csv_file_extraction()
‘design decision: csv format was chosen. See email_notes.email_22
End Sub
Application notes can be a module with comments upon the entire application about decisions taken, important requirements and unresolved issues all in one place. IDEs like RealSoftware’s REALBasic IDE provide ‘Notes’ within each module and class so a developer can keep notes in one place without having to hunt through the application’s code for them.
Regarding comments for updates, this is a redundant use of code comments, after about 20 updates the prior comments are totally pointless as whatever updates have been made are most likely functioning fine and it is not likely we can magically undo months of updates using the undo function. I would suggest forgetting the update comment list and invest in Visual SourceSafe or some other source code versioning software. Update comments can be handy in a multi-developer environment but again used sparingly and once a couple of changes have gone through a routine we might as well remove the comments altogether.
Persistent exceptions/errors are worth commenting upon if they persist despite our best efforts to resolve them. We can record the error details in comments as close as possible to the lines of code where the exception or error is invoked. Along with the error details should be an explanation of why we think the error occurs and a description of our attempts to resolve the error and the results therefrom. We could write the detail within an ‘Application Notes’ module and a reference to those details near the application code where the error occurs.
Competitor solutions to problems could be noted in routines. We do not need to know what their code is to perform certain functions but we can note what they do, for example, the options they provide during a printing routine. If we know that our competitor’s application gives the user the option of printing to PDF or WMF format and we can not do this, we can remind ourselves of this option by commenting the routine that deals with printing. In the future when we upgrade we will see this comment and remind ourselves of these options and may even have the answers for them or have time to develop them.
URLs are always handy to include in code comments. Say we are using a VBScript COM object to perform some work within an application written in another language, it would be handy for another developer or ourselves if we wrote in the URLs of pages and sites we used for language references and code clips (snippets) during the development of the application.
If we are following a requirements specification then it is a good idea to enter the headings, or numbers of each specification requirement into routines describing the requirements a routine is satisfying. This way a developer can look up the specification (if available) for further information.
Finally documentation comments should be easily recognisable from other forms of code comments. A simple documenting comment signifier like a hash or three d’s after the comment character can make it easy to find documentation comments or extract them via a script if desired.
Comments can be used for many things, they do not have to be used to explain what the code is doing (the way we name our routines should do that). These are some ideas upon using comments to document the development process of an application which is more accessible and relevant to the developer than chasing documentation elsewhere.

Itchin’ For Some Nichin’
The whole idea of Niche Marketing is exciting! The possibilities
are endless, as there are literally millions of people surfing
the web, the vast majorities of whom are here for two reasons .
. .
Namely, to learn something or to buy something!
The trick, for a salesperson, is to find out what it is they’re
looking for and get it into their hands.
Niche marketing narrows down the whole process of supply and
demand. It enables you to pinpoint the products or services that
are most sought after, and concentrate on those. This is helpful
because most people who come to the Internet are searching for a
specific item or piece of information, and they don’t want to
invest in a whole lot of time and expense having to wade through
stuff they aren’t interested in or want.
It gives an eBook marketer the ability to produce informational
products much faster than in a more generalized market because
he or she is focusing on one issue and so is not required to
include all the details of how one arrives at the particular
question.
For example, take the idea of “niche marketing” itself. When one
proceeds to write about it, it’s already a given fact that most
people who want to know what it is or how it’s done do not need
to know everything there is to know about Internet Marketing as
a whole.
The given is that, if they are curious about niche marketing,
they most probably have already looked into the more generalized
category and don’t need to get into it again. All one has to do
then, when explaining niching, is to use references to the
general category if need be.
So it becomes a much simpler process of writing about the
specific area of Internet Marketing called Niche Marketing.
Simpler usually means faster, faster means more production and a
greater ability to get product out as the demands and trends
change!
Niching also opens the playing field wide, because it allows a
marketer to niche his or her niche down even more specifically
into smaller and smaller niches. Now, under normal
circumstances, this might be considered marketing suicide,
because the smaller and more focused the topic, the less the
odds of finding a large grouping of people wanting to know it.
But for your average Nicher, it’s a gold mine!
Using the same example above, one could get into smaller niches
a couple of ways:
Suppose you wrote a book called ” How to Niche Market” and it
became a hit. Your next book could be called “How to Niche
Market Using Informational Materials”, or “How to Niche Market
Computers”, or anything along those lines.
All you’d need to do is change some of the content of your
original book, get more specific in your focus on the announced
topic and you’re done!
Or . . .
You could approach niche-niching like some of the big name
companies do!
Remember One A Day vitamins? Go to the drug store and check them
out now! You won’t just find the single “one time a day”
vitamins that you may have taken as a child, rather you’ll find
a whole array of One A Day vitamins sitting side by side on the
shelf.
There are One A Day vitamins for kids, for sports, for seniors,
for expectant mothers, for stress, etc. And they’re not the only
company doing Niche Marketing either! Take companies like Parker
Brothers who produce games like Monopoly. How many “editions” of
the same game have you seen?
That’s Niche Marketing at it’s best!
So why not “How to Niche Market ~ Newbies Edition”, or “How to
Niche Market ~ Author’s Edition”?
As was mentioned at the beginning of this article, the
possibilities are endless! A Niche Marketer could spend years
producing “edition” versions of a single eBook, pumping out one
a month or even a week, and still have fresh material that would
be appealing to someone.
If you understand that you don’t have to sell your stuff to
everyone to make a good living at marketing, but rather know how
to hit your specific target groups over and over again, then you
should perhaps consider strongly about getting into Niche
Marketing!

Your Offline Banker does not Want You to Know the Differences between Online and Offline Banking
There are many major differences between online banking and offline banking; if you are presently undecided between your current, limited offline bank and opening a new online bank account, you should take some time to thoroughly evaluate your choices.
What’s so good about opening an online banking account?
An online banking account will make it easy to do all your transactions and bill- paying at home whenever you want; whereas someone who doesn’t have an online banking account will have to make a trip to the local bank and sort everything out there.
When you have bills to pay it’s easier to switch on the computer rather than running down to the bank. You also can’t delay trips to the bank; when a bill has to be paid, it has to be done on time, unless you want to pay additional fees and risk losing a good relationship with your creditor.
However, there are some benefits to using an offline banking account over an online account. One benefit is going over to the bank and being able to talk to someone face to face if you have a problem with your account. You can speak with a bank employee who will help you through the problem and will assist you in any possible way; and can even inform you of what went wrong.
Do you live within walking distance of your bank? Then another advantage is the exercise that you will get from walking down to the bank.
Other advantages of online banking are being able to make transactions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you give the order outside of regular banking hours, your order will be executed as soon as the bank opens. Do you want to check time deposit rates? No problem, just go online and you won’t have to listen to some music while you are put on hold for twenty minutes, while the operator is trying to find the right person to connect you to.
If there is a problem with your online bank account you may send the bank an email. You can call the bank for urgent problems and since it is an online bank they have a lot less incoming calls than an offline bank. Meaning you will get an answer much faster.
These are just a few advantages and disadvantages you can factor in when you make the decision, but ultimately, the choice will be up to you.

Aloe Vera - Is It Just A Laxative (Part I)?
Herbs have been used as medicines for thousands of years. Till
recently people relied on traditional systems of medicine that
were based on observational analysis, It is only now that
scientific methods have evolved enough to allow experimental
research. However, this does not denigrate the observations made
over centuries. Plants used in folk medicine are still the main
source of drug discovery and development. Modern medicine may
have the tools but nature still has all the compounds.
One promising herb that is often unrecognized for all its
medicinal properties is Aloe Vera. This herb seems to be the
complete package for a good life. Its active ingredients can not
only detoxify the body of harmful toxins but also rid the body
of excess adipose tissue in a harmonious way. Aloe Vera is an
excellent choice for a clean and healthy life. The herb also has
appreciable beneficial effects that protect the skin from the
elements.
Aloe Vera draws the heat out of burns, soothes and softens the
skin just minutes after being applied. Sunburnt, dry or cracked
skin and scrapes can all benefit from a slathering of Aloe Vera
gel. It is said to maintain beauty, smoothen wrinkles, and
brighten the face. Nature packs Aloe Vera in ready-to use
leaves, (just break off a leaf and squeeze the gel onto a burn
or bruise) but its effectiveness and quick action is greatly
facilitated by processing its active principle.
Description:
Aloe Vera has a long history as a multipurpose folk remedy. It
has been exceptionally recognized for its healing properties for
over eighteen centuries. Being a desert plant it needs very
little water and is an ideal houseplant. While it grows wild in
the dry mountains of Yemen, commercial cultivation of Aloe Vera
is done in the high deserts of Texas and Mexico. Worldwide,
there exist hundreds of species of this succulent, yucca-like
plant, but those most often used are Aloe Perryi Baker, Aloe
Ferox and the most effective species Aloe Vera barbandensis,
simply known today as Aloe Vera.
Components of Aloe Vera:
The plant can be separated into two basic products - The Gel and
the Latex.
Aloe Vera gel is the leaf pulp, or mucilage, a thin clear
jelly-like substance obtained from the tissues that make up the
inner portion of its leaves. The gel contains carbohydrate
polymers, such as gluco-mannans or pectic acid, plus various
other organic and inorganic compounds. It relieves pain,
speeds-up healing, protects from frostbite and is used to
control eczema and psoriasis. It is widely used in a variety of
forms such as lotions, moisturizers, cosmetics, and shampoos.
Aloe Vera latex, commonly referred to as “Aloe juice,” is a
bitter yellow exudate from the pericyclic tubules just beneath
the outer skin of the leaves. For pharmaceutical use as a
laxative (to promote bowel movement), the juice is often dried
to produce “Aloe Vera” granules that are dark brown from
exposure to air. In the past, exclusive use of the Aloe latex
led to the widespread belief that Aloe Vera was no more than a
laxative.
The terms “gel” and “juice” are not always clearly defined by
manufacturers and often are confused by consumers. The juice of
the Aloe Vera leaves has efficacious cleansing agents that help
in detoxifying and excretion of toxins. It is only now that we
are beginning to realize its potential to effectively control
weight loss on a long-term basis.
Aloe Vera in Weight Loss:
Obesity has become an epidemic in our times. Up till now weight
loss remedies had numerous problems. Weight loss diets used to
involve distressing diets and workouts that involved a major
disruption of daily living. A greater problem was to maintain
the ideal body weight for any length of time. An increasing
appreciation of nature’s potential and relentless research into
age-old wisdom has finally found an ideal weight loss
supplement: Aloe Vera.
Aloe Vera is increasingly being recognized as one of the best
agents to promote weight loss. The Aloe Vera gel is an effective
agent not only to reduce but also to stabilize the body mass
index. The Aloe Vera gel action on body weight is multi-pronged,
making it suitable for varied population groups and individuals.
Aloe Vera has something to offer to everyone.
Aloe Vera stimulates the metabolic rate in the liver cells
helping us to burn more energy. The activity of each cell rises
and more heat is generated. The increasing amount of fuel
required for this task is derived from fat and carbohydrate
stores of the body. This has a direct effect on the body mass
index. Thus taking Aloe Vera supplements is akin to doing
multiple workouts over a week.
Aloe Vera also has a high content of “Collagen Protein”.
Supplementing Aloe Vera in the diet increases protein intake.
Proteins are difficult to digest and the body spends more energy
assimilating them into the system. This additional expenditure
of energy is well suited for someone who wants to exchange flab
for brawn. Imagine a supplement that builds you up while burning
your fat stores at the same time.
As mentioned above, Aloe Vera decreases the transit time that
food spends in the intestine. The faster food moves the less is
absorbed, enhancing the above actions of Aloe Vera on the body
mass index. Little wonder then that some of the names ascribed
to this medicinal herb over the years include “The Dietary
Plant” and “The Harmony Remedy”!
In the concluding part of this article I talk about the
application of Aloe Vera as a Detoxifying Agent and how Aloe
Vera helps combat baldness.
